Job Summary:

As a junior product owner, you will support our team in managing feature requirements, backlogs, and sprints while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Job Description:

• Assist in managing and refining product backlogs to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Support sprint planning and execution by working with development teams to prioritize and clarify tasks.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demos.

• Document user stories and ensure they meet the Definition of Ready (DoR).

• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and help iterate on product improvements.

• Track and monitor sprint progress using Jira and ensure transparency in workflows.

Job Specifications:

• One year of experience in product management.

• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven company.

• Foundational knowledge of Product Ownership, Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks.

• Experience or familiarity with Jira (or similar Agile project management tools).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• A proactive, learning-oriented approach to problem-solving.
